Gugulethu Mbatha (better called Gugu-Mbatha-Raw) is an British actor and film actress who became famous due to her appearance in a season of 'Doctor who, an iconic British sci-fi TV show, airing on the BBC. Gugu was famous for her character Tish Jones on the popular BBC show. The character was companion to the main character called Martha Jones. The viewers loved her jovial personality and it was clear that there would be no turning back for Gugu with a good acting career ahead! Her other stage and TV productions from Britain include others. The performance she made as Belle (2013) in the British period drama 'Beyond the Lights' and also her role as a standout of the romantic comedy 'Beyond the Lights,' has been well-received by the critics. She has even appeared in numerous American productions, including "Larry Crowne', a character from the Tom Hanks comedy film, as well as TV series like 'Undercover', and 'Touch.' In 2015, Gugu was the star who took on the leading role in the play 'Nell Gwynn' a play that was written by Jessica Swale, as a person who played an actress and also the mistress of King Charles II of England and Scotland. Chelsea Joy Handler, born February 25, 1975, in Livingston New Jersey, is the youngest of six children. She was one of the six children from her family. Handler was the daughter of a car saleman and a homewife. Her mother, a German-born immigrant to the United States since 1958, was born in Germany. Cancer of the breast was diagnosed in the year 1989. She died ten year later after fighting cancer. Her father was Jewish and she was raised to Reform Judaism. Handler was born in a good neighborhood and enjoyed her childhood. As she entered her twenties she moved to Los Angeles in order to take on acting. To help support herself, Handler began to work as an actress. Handler began to do stand-up comedian full-time when she turned 21. Handler had realized that she has a knack for telling stories. Handler made her debut on her role on the Oxygen Network's Girls Behaving Badly which was a reality program with a hidden-camera/practical joke. It aired from 2002 through 2005. The handler then began appearing on various other programs such as Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler began her work as an associate for The Tonight Show. Handler became famous with the hosting of the show on E! called The Chelsea Handler Show. The show lasted for two seasons. Handler later performed in the US on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend as well as HBO have aired her stand-up comic performances. She was named as host for the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in the year 2010. By doing this, she was only the second host female to host the awards, following Roseanne.
